Jadi gini ternyata, sekali suka belajar - gak berhenti buat belajar. Baru 1 bulan ini, aku dapat kesempatan dan kepercayaa buat bekerja lagi sebagai salah satu lead dari project manager yang megang brand-brand yang kita handle. Rasanya jelas deg-degan dan excited, karena bisa naik level secara experience, opportuniy dan impact yang diberikan ke team. Ternyata perjalanan roller coster 1 bulan pertama ini membuat aku sadar, kalau jadi lead ada seninya ya. Gak cukup buat aku hanya otodidak atau berbekal ilmu sok tau-ku, aku memutuskan buat belajar lagi di RevoU. Tempatku dulu ambil kelas Digital Marketing, yang kemudian membuka banyak pintu kesempatan! Kali ini aku gak sabar melihat kesempatan apa lagi yang akan terbuka di Manager Academy!

Been two month since i joined RevoU as student yup was an instructor for so long in FSDM but now officially student for Data Analytics 🎓. After moved to São Paulo one year ago, I am currently expanding my expertise on data analytics. The tasks assigned in this course demand significant effort, and completing them accurately is a way for us to better understanding SQL, Phyton, Statistics and so on.. 4 months to go for this journey and i am so excited to be here where the environment of learning is supportive.

I am exicited to share my first experience with a mock-up HR Interview. It was both nerve-wracking and exhilarating to step into the shoes of proespective job candidate and face the questions that often determine one's career path. I must extend my gratitude to RevoU for providing me with this invaluable opportunity. It has been a few months since I finished Full Stack Data Analytics & Labs at RevoU. It was a life changing experience, literally. I joined Revou's FSDA with a mindset that I need to change my career path even though I have been working for almost 6 years at that time. I realized that I have no tech or science background (I'm from Accounting major), therefore I worked extra hard on assignments and tried to be active during lectures. I didn't want to waste the precious time of being a RevoU student. Fast forward a few months later, I am now a Data Analyst in infinID. I will be forever grateful for my friends and teammates who has supported each other during tough times in class.

Berawal dari tidak mempunyai pekerjaan karena di layoff dan bersyukur ikut sebuah Community dari hasil belajar digital marketing di sebuah bootcamp bernama RevoU. Pada suatu hari community membuat acara bernama Bukan Bukber Biasa. Disanalah awal bertemu dengan seorang teman yang bekerja di industri fashion. Program FSDA yang saya ikuti adalah program yang intensif dan penuh dengan projek nyata, tapi lingkungannya sarat dengan tim internal dan teman-teman yang supportif. Masih banyak yang harus saya pelajari kembali dan sumber yang disediakan (juga selalu bisa diakses setelah lulus) pastinya sangat membantu untuk mengulang pelajaran. Mereka sangat memperhatikan feedback dari para murid dan para instruktur pun sangat terbuka untuk berkoneksi dan berdiskusi dengan kami, meskipun setelah kami lulus. Remembering the exhilaration of our first product management project at RevoU. Our mission? Analyze Joox, the popular on-demand music streaming service. We dived deep into understanding its current conditions, identifying areas for improvement, clarifying our motivations, and strategizing the best implementation methods. One thing that became crystal clear on this journey is that collaboration is the lifeblood of any project. The diverse perspectives and skills of our team members were our greatest assets. Effective communication, especially with multiple contributors, made all the difference in our success. Now, as I implement these lessons in the real world, I've come to realize that product management is an endlessly fascinating, ever-evolving field. The learning never stops.

The session revolved around "Belajar Bangun Bisnis Agency : Acting Like Partner or Expert?", and I couldn't be more inspired by the knowledge and insights shared. Speaker for today session is The Founder and CEO of Clycks Digital, Mr. Dheny Rafliandhys. I'm trully impressed by his expertise and passion for running a digital agency business. Words that trully resonated with me from this session is "If we value our client, then they will value us back".
